Celebrating 3 Years Empowering Small Businesses with Verizon’s Digital Ready Program

Over the past three years, our team has had the privilege of helping small businesses thrive through the Verizon Small Business Digital Ready initiative — a program dedicated to equipping entrepreneurs nationwide with digital tools, training, and grant opportunities to drive tangible growth.

From our early collaboration managing a vibrant national community of over 6,000 small business owners to now leading event programming and digital learning operations nationwide, we’ve focused on building meaningful connections, simplifying learning experiences, and amplifying community impact.

As of late 2025, more than 450,000 small business owners have joined the Digital Ready platform, and over 77% of participants report increased revenue or profitability — proof of the power of accessible digital education. Through collaborative event programming, community engagement, and streamlined learning management, we’re proud to help shape how small business leaders learn, connect, and grow.

Some highlights from our ongoing partnership include:

  • Publishing and supporting 20+ virtual learning events per month, connecting entrepreneurs with expert-led training and insights.
  • Managing on-demand learning resources, ensuring high-quality event recordings that extend accessibility and program impact.
  • Leading innovative community engagement programs like Member Spotlights and “How I Solved It” discussions that foster inspiration and strategy sharing.
  • Developing engagement reporting tools that inform data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue this mission to empower small businesses to embrace digital transformation — driving measurable success, stronger connections, and long-term growth.

We extend our gratitude to VerizonLocal Initiatives Support Corporation, and all community partners for their collaboration and shared commitment. Together, we’re moving digital readiness forward for 1 million small businesses by 2030.
