On October 5, CHRISTIAN JORDAN joined Grow with Google for a live conversation exploring how founders and creators are using artificial intelligence to save time, strengthen their businesses, and create more capacity.
Moderated by Christian Jordan, Founder of CHRISTIAN JORDAN, the panel brought together Mimi Gonzalez, Brandon Andrews, and Tianna Robinson to share practical examples of how AI is showing up in their businesses.
Throughout the conversation, one idea emerged at the intersection of AI, community, partnerships, and relationship-building:
“AI should help you manage the relationship — not become the relationship.”

Using AI to Create Capacity
For CHRISTIAN JORDAN, AI has increasingly become part of the infrastructure behind the business.
Instead of only using AI to complete individual tasks, CHRISTIAN JORDAN is experimenting with AI-supported functions across areas including executive strategy, marketing, partnerships, knowledge management, meeting follow-up, and business organization.
The goal isn’t to replace human judgment or relationships.
It’s to reduce administrative friction and create more capacity for the work that requires people.
AI can help organize meeting notes, identify follow-ups, prepare for conversations, manage information, and surface patterns from previous work.
But AI cannot build trust.
That still requires showing up, listening, understanding what matters to people, creating value, and following through.
AI + Human Connection
For community builders, partnership professionals, creators, and other relationship-driven businesses, this distinction is especially important.
Technology can make relationship management more efficient without making relationships less human.
During the conversation, Grow with Google Coach Yulkendy Valdez highlighted Christian’s “manage the relationship — not become the relationship” distinction as a mic-drop moment and connected it to the importance of keeping humans involved as AI becomes more integrated into the way businesses operate.
That is the opportunity CHRISTIAN JORDAN continues to explore:
How can technology create more capacity for human connection rather than less of it?
As AI becomes increasingly embedded in business, the organizations that benefit most may not simply be the ones using the most technology.
They may be the ones that understand what technology should handle — and what should remain fundamentally human.
Thank you to Grow with Google, Yulkendy Valdez, Mimi Gonzalez, Brandon Andrews, and Tianna Robinson for creating and contributing to the conversation.
CHRISTIAN JORDAN will continue exploring the intersection of AI, community strategy, partnership development, experience design, and relationship growth.
